Fernando Valencia

Fernando Valencia has a solid work experience in the cement industry. Fernando started their career in 2008 as a Commissioning Manager at Holcim US and held this role until July 2011. Fernando then joined Holcim (US) as a Plant Manager at the Hagerstown Plant, where they worked from July 2011 to April 2019. Following this, they worked at LafargeHolcim as a Plant Manager at the Portland Plant from August 2016 to April 2019, and later as a Plant Manager from April 2019 to January 2023. Currently, Fernando is serving as the VP of Manufacturing-Central Ashgrove / CRH at Ash Grove Cement Company since January 2023.

Fernando Valencia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac between 1993 and 1997. Fernando later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UMSL PMBA from 2010 to 2012.
