Mirko Friedrich

Mirko Friedrich is an experienced manufacturing and engineering professional with a strong background in maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Services at Ash Grove Cement Company since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mirko held positions at thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions, USA, where notable achievements included leading the after-market services division and significantly growing order intake. Earlier experience includes project engineering and field advisory roles at A-C Equipment Services Corp. and Polysius Corporation, where successes in project management and equipment design were realized. Mirko holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Freiberg University of Mining and Technology as well as various certifications in business leadership and Six Sigma.
