Monica Manolas

Monica Manolas is currently the President, East of Ash Grove South at ASH GROVE CEMENT CO. Prior to this role, Monica spent nearly 20 years in leadership roles in the cement industry. This includes time as Vice President of Cement Sales at CEMEX, Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at CSR Limited, and Cement Plant Production Manager at Rinker Materials. In 2002, Monica transitioned to the Hydro Conduit Corporation where they served as Vice President of Operations Performance and Human Resources until 2007. Monica then returned to Rinker Materials Corporation as Quality Assurance Manager for the Cement Division until they joined ASH GROVE CEMENT CO in 2018. Monica's wealth of experience in the cement industry has made their a valuable asset to ASH GROVE CEMENT CO.
