Olivia Miloj

Olivia Miloj, P.Eng, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. Olivia currently serves as the Capital Projects Commercial Director at Ash Grove Cement Company since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vestas as the Director of Construction Project Management from 2021 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Olivia held multiple positions at Thermon, Inc., including Director of Global Engineering and Project Management, Director of Project Engineering and Management in the US, and Global Project Manager. Before joining Thermon, Inc., they worked as a Technical Project Engineer at North West Redwater Partnership in 2013.

Olivia's earlier experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at ProTrace Engineering Inc. from 2011 to 2013 and as a Lead Project Controls Engineer at AECOM - Water Group in 2011. Overall, Olivia Miloj has demonstrated expertise in project management, engineering, and leadership throughout their career.

Olivia Miloj, P.Eng, MBA completed their education history with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University in the years 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended the University of Toronto from 2001 to 2006, earning a degree in Engineering with a field of study in Electrical. During the same period at the University of Toronto, they also completed a major in Mathematics.
