Scott Nielson

Scott Nielson currently serves as the Vice President of Environmental Affairs at Ash Grove Cement Company, a position held since March 2008. Nielson has also held roles such as Director of Environmental Affairs and Corporate Environmental Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Environmental Manager at Lafarge Cement from August 2001 to March 2008 and at Mountain Cement Company from 1997 to 2001. Scott Nielson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Utah State University (1993-1997) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming (1997-2000).
