Sophie de Souza

Sophie De Souza has extensive experience in community engagement, operations, and data management across various organizations. Currently serving as an Awardee Entrepreneur at Asha for Education, Sophie catalyzes socioeconomic change through education and participated in the EdTech Impact Hackathon at Microsoft Accelerator. Previous roles include Neighbourhood Operations Associate at Nextdoor, where Sophie resolved member queries and mediated neighborhood conflicts, and Community Officer at onHand, facilitating connections between volunteers and older adults. Sophie's background also includes administrative and data management positions at the London Fire Brigade, PwC Australia, and the University of Warwick, as well as entrepreneurial experience with the British Council in India's tech ecosystem.
