David Kim

David Kim started their work experience in 1998 as a Security Engineer at Sprint. In 1999, they joined General Dynamics as a Sr Systems Engineer and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Ashburn Consulting LLC where they worked as a Sr Security Engineer.

David Kim completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended George Mason University from 1990 to 1992, but the degree and field of study are unspecified. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security) from Cisco in October 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in May 2021, and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 4: Certified Professional from Fortinet in October 2021.
