Marvin Boyd, PgMP, PMP, CSM, CSPO, possesses extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as EMS Captain at Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department since November 2015. At Freddie Mac since June 2001, Marvin has held multiple roles, including Agile Development Director, Program Director, Technical Program Director, Technical Project Manager, and Sr. Web Infrastructure Engineer, overseeing enterprise data governance and managing substantial budgets for various programs. Notable achievements include transforming Freddie Mac's corporate data warehouse, receiving the 2009 Crystal Award for exceptional performance, and implementing significant technology solutions that improved operational efficiency. Marvin holds multiple degrees, including a BS in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an MS in Information Technology Management from the University of Virginia, complemented by executive education in leadership and strategic execution from Dartmouth and a Master's Certificate in IT Program Management from The George Washington University.
