Lerato Ngakantsi

Lerato Ngakantsi serves as the Business Technology Head at Ashburton Investments since October 2024. Previously, Lerato held the role of Head of Information Technology for ICT Institutional Systems at STANLIB from October 2021 to October 2024, alongside a caretaking position as Senior Systems Analyst. During a secondment at Liberty Group South Africa, Lerato was the Business Manager for Liberty Retail IT SA, focusing on operational reporting and stakeholder communication. Lerato's extensive experience at STANLIB, from October 2010 to October 2020, included roles as ICT Institutional Production Support Team Lead and ICT Institutional System Administrator, specializing in systems administration and data management. Lerato is currently pursuing an MBA at Henley Business School - Africa and has completed various management and political science programs at esteemed institutions, including GIBS Business School and the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
