Brian MacMillan

Brian Macmillan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and account management. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Ashby since September 2023, Brian focuses on streamlining recruiting processes through an integrated software solution. Prior roles include Strategic Account Executive at Unmind, where the emphasis was on enhancing employee mental health, and Head of Sales at &Open, which specialized in creating memorable gifting experiences. Brian has also held senior positions at WeWork and LinkedIn, where expertise in workspace solutions and social recruiting strategies were developed.
