Casey Roberts is currently the Head of Dedicated Customer Success and Customer Education at Ashby. Previously, they held multiple roles at Coda, including Manager of Customer Success, where they launched a scaled Customer Success program. Casey has also worked at HubSpot, where they excelled as a Principal Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts, earning recognition for high customer retention and impactful mentoring. In addition, Casey contributed to community engagement as a coach for Dover-Sherborn Youth Lacrosse and served as a Social Media Intern at Brand Content. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Math from Middlebury College.
