Leigh Brown

Leigh Brown currently serves as the Head of Sales AMER at Ashby and is also a member of Pavilion. Prior to joining Ashby, Leigh held various leadership roles at HubSpot from July 2012 to March 2025, culminating in the position of Director of Enterprise Sales. Notable achievements at HubSpot include consistently exceeding sales targets, earning President’s Club recognition multiple times, and driving significant year-over-year segment growth. Leigh contributed to the establishment of the Customer Growth Team, implemented sales process playbooks, and was recognized as Global Sales Manager of the Year in 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Tour Consultant at WorldStrides, where exceptional performance in territory development and sales management was demonstrated. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Endicott College and further education from the University of Sydney and Harvard Business School Online.
