Chautaqua then went on to acquire a professional certification in Real Estate, becoming an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate through The Consulting Professional in 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Women in Leadership: Driving Transformation Through Innovation and Resilience from Emory Continuing Education in November 2022, and as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) in August 2006.
