Travis Watts is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investor development and relations at Ashcroft Capital, LLC, a national multifamily investment firm with over $2.7 billion in assets under management, where Travis has held the position of Director since September 2019. Since September 2009, Travis has been a self-employed passive income investor, specializing in multifamily apartment investments, real estate private placements, and syndications. Additionally, Travis served as the host of the Best Ever Show, the world's longest-running daily real estate podcast, from April 2020 to April 2024. Earlier career experience includes working as a registered representative at Fidelity Investments from January 2016 to September 2016.
