Arlene Campbell-Moore

Arlene Campbell-Moore, MSc has a strong background in supply chain management and has held various leadership roles over the years. Arlene currently serves as the Supply Chain Director at Ashcroft Inc. since 2023. Prior to this, Arlene worked at Rogers Corporation as the Supply Chain Director of Planning from 2020 to 2022, where they developed and implemented integrated business management processes to improve operational excellence. Arlene also has experience as the Head of Global Demand & Supply, Lubricant Additives at LANXESS from 2017 to 2020, where they were responsible for improving global IBP (SIOP) in supply and inventory planning. Arlene's previous roles include Global Supply Chain Manager at Chemtura Corporation in 2017, Co-Man CPP Supply Planner and Supply Planner roles at Henkel from 2014 to 2016, Supply Chain Purchased Finish Goods & New Products Planner at FRAM® from 2011 to 2014, and Sales Operations at Honeywell from 2002 to 2007.

Arlene Campbell-Moore holds a Master's degree in Human Services, General from Post University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Arlene also has an AS degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, both obtained from Post University. In addition, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II from Honeywell.
