Janice Lockhart

Janice Lockhart is an experienced talent management consultant with a career spanning over three decades in human resources and recruiting. Since January 2006, Janice has served as Consultant Talent Management at Ashcroft Inc. Prior roles include Manager Recruiting at Swiss Re America Holding Corporation and Consultant HR at The Schegg Group. Additionally, Janice has held a human resources position at Boehringer Ingelheim and was Director of Human Resources at VBand from 1985 to 1990. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Syracuse University and a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
