Stephanie Cobty

Stephanie Cobty, M.A., SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Talogy since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Global Program Manager for Talent Assessment and Development at Caveon Test Security from August 2021 to January 2023. Stephanie has significant experience in talent management, having worked as a Senior Talent Management Specialist at NYC Citywide Administrative Services between March 2019 and August 2021. Previous positions include Senior Operations Manager at Parker New York and Operations Manager roles at both Community Healthcare Network and Walter & Samuels, Inc. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development and Behavior from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a minor in Psychology from Lehman College.
