Aoife Sunderland

Aoife Sunderland is an HR expert with a diverse background in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as the HR Programmes Manager at Ashdale Care since April 2024, Aoife previously held roles at Flutter Entertainment Plc as a People Relations Specialist and HR Operations Partner from August 2022 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager and Trainee Human Resource Manager at Dunnes Stores between November 2021 and August 2022, and working as a Customer Solutions Agent at PayPal from August 2020 to October 2021. Aoife began their career as a Call Center Agent at Boylesports from April 2018 to July 2020. Academically, Aoife has earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Dundalk Institute of Technology (September 2020 - June 2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (2017 - 2020), alongside completing Pre Nursing Studies at O'Fiaich Institute of Further Education (2016 - 2017).
