Odet Fresko has over 14 years of work experience, starting as an account executive- promotion at Publicis in 2007. They later worked at Geo- Media Digital Marcom as a customer portfolio manager before becoming the project manager and public inquiries manager at Dun & Bradstreet from 2011 to 2020. In 2021, Odet joined Shlomo Insurance Ltd. and held the role of Manager of surety and real estate finance until mid-2023. Currently, Odet is the Head of Customer Relations department at Ashdar Building Company.

Odet Fresko began their education in 2003, studying at The College of Management Academic Studies where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Management by 2007. Years later in 2020, they resumed their studies at Tel Aviv University where they completed a Master's Degree in Conflict Management and Mediation by 2022.
