Sophie Weinmann

Sophie Weinmann is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in surveying and asset management. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Director and Head of Surveying at Ashdown Phillips since April 2017, Sophie leads a growing Surveying Team and manages a diverse portfolio of properties, including offices, shopping centres, and industrial estates across the North of England. Prior to this role, Sophie held multiple positions at CBRE UK from September 2006 to April 2017, culminating as an Associate Director in the National Asset Services department, where responsibilities included managing a varied portfolio for commercial investors and local property firms. Sophie holds a Master of Science in Commercial Property Management from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of Manchester.
