Lynn Brailsford

Lynn Brailsford serves as President of Brailsford Consulting, LLC, a role held since March 1995, where focus is on developing people for business results. Active in the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce since 2011, Lynn participated in the 'Unsung Asheville' initiative, fostering community leadership collaboration. Leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for Jubilee! Community (2015-2016) and President of the Western NC Human Resource Association from December 2013 to December 2015. Additional consulting roles were held at ACF Technologies USA, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, and Colgate Palmolive, emphasizing program design and coaching. Educational background includes a BA in Psychology & Sociology from Fordham University, and a Diploma in Training & Management Development from NYU.
