Keralia Moreda

Keralia Moreda, Esq. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel at Ashford Hospital since March 2023. Prior to this role, Keralia held various significant positions at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority from March 2017 to March 2023, including Executive Vice President of Administration and Chief of Staff. Keralia also worked as a Tax Consultant at Tax Law Solutions from July 2016 to March 2017 and as a Senior Consultant at both Soria LLC and Porto Capital from August 2015 to July 2016, with a focus on Puerto Rico Tax Incentives under Acts 20, 73, and 22. Earlier experience includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Bird Bird & Hestres from January 2013 to July 2015, Chief Legal Counsel at the Puerto Rico Solid Waste Authority from May 2010 to January 2013, and holding judicial clerk positions at the Appellate Court and Superior Court of Puerto Rico from December 2008 to April 2010 and September 2006 to December 2008, respectively. Keralia earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
