Mohammed Saad Almeghaiseeb

Mohammed Saad Almeghaiseeb serves as the President of the Qatar Basketball Federation since December 2021 and holds the role of President Office Manager at the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ in Qatar since July 2015. Previously, Mohammed was the General Secretary of the Qatar Basketball Federation at the Qatar Olympic Committee from March 2016 to December 2017, and the Head of Sport Clubs Affairs Section from May 2012 to June 2014. In earlier positions, Mohammed managed scholarship programs for talented athletes and overseas students at the Qatar Olympic Committee from January 2008 to February 2011. Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Sport Organization Management from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, obtained in 2008.
