Ashley Richards

Ashley Richards is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in board governance and administrative support within higher education institutions. Currently serving as the Board Governance Manager in the President's Office at Royal Roads University since September 2020, Ashley previously held key positions including Board Assistant to the Board of Governors at Simon Fraser University and Management Assistant to the Director at The University of Edinburgh. Earlier roles also include significant administrative positions at the University of Victoria and various research analyst positions at the Bank of Nova Scotia. Ashley holds a BA in Classics with a Minor in History from the University of Victoria, an MPhil in Classics from Trinity College Dublin, and is pursuing a Professional Certificate in Management & Leadership at Royal Roads University.
