Aci Marcus Richter

Marcus Richter, ACI, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in home inspection and business operations. As the Owner and Chief Inspector of Hands-On Home Inspection LLC since May 1998, Marcus specializes in residential, small commercial, and industrial inspections throughout Arizona, holding certifications from the Arizona State and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). In addition to this role, Marcus serves as a Senior Director Consultant for BNI Arizona South, facilitating operational growth and coaching members in referral networking. Marcus is also the Membership Coordinator for the Arizona Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors and contributes as a Visitor Host for the Achievers Chapter of BNI. Marcus served in the Arizona Air National Guard and has a BSBA in Business from the University of Phoenix.
