Bill Loden

Bill Loden has over 25 years of work experience in the home inspection industry. Bill founded Insight Home Inspection, LLC in 1995 and has been the owner since then. In addition to their entrepreneurial role, Bill has also been actively involved in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Bill served as a Director on the ASHI Board of Directors from 2005 to 2008, and later held positions as Chairman of the ASHI Ethics Committee, Secretary, and Vice President from 2011 to 2016.

Bill Loden attended Mississippi State University from 1979 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Building Construction Technology.
