Charles Ragan

Charles Ragan currently serves as the Vice President of Accounting at Ashland Greene, a company focused on investment opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth multifamily asset class. Charles holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1986 and 1989.
