Prior to her current role, she held positions in talent development and human resources at various organizations including Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, Tenet Healthcare, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Jessica graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, HR, Journalism, and Spanish.
