Eivind Slaaen

Eivind Slaaen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate planning at Hilti Group. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Head of People & Culture Development, Eivind oversees the development of corporate culture with an annual budget of CHF 10 million and 30,000 training days, while also leading global HR strategy and training initiatives. Previously, Eivind held roles including VP Human Resources, Director of Finance, IT, and Human Resources at Hilti Sweden, and Director of Corporate Planning & Reporting. Eivind's career at Hilti began in 1991, with significant contributions to financial planning, strategic workforce planning, and talent development. Eivind holds an MBA in General Management, Finance, and Accounting from the University of St.Gallen.
