Joseph E. Baudler has a diverse work experience in various law enforcement roles. Joseph E. started their career in 1989 as a Police Officer with the Omaha Police Department, where they worked in different specialized units and focused on addressing drugs, guns, and gang-related violence. During their time with the department, they also served as an investigator and successfully conducted numerous investigations leading to felony convictions. In 2009, they joined MPRI as a Law Enforcement Professional, where they provided law enforcement support to U.S. Army units in Afghanistan. In 2011, they became the Chief of Police at the Ashland Police Department, where they had the responsibility of overseeing and directing all department activities. Joseph E. Baudler completed their high school education at Greenfield High School from 1979 to 1982, earning a high school diploma. Joseph E. then went on to pursue higher education at St. Ambrose University from 1982 to 1986. At St. Ambrose University, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. In addition to their formal education, Joseph E.
