Michael Vinciulla

Michael Vinciulla has held various positions at the Ashland Police Department since April 2004, advancing from Police Officer to Police Sergeant, then Police Lieutenant, and currently serving as Deputy Chief of Police. Additionally, Michael contributed expertise as a Computer Forensic Examiner with the Metropolitan Law Enforcement Council from 2006 until August 2023. Prior to these roles, experience as a Software QA Engineer at Dell EMC from 1998 to 2004 involved quality assurance testing of EMC replication software, as well as environmental testing and debugging of Symmetrix and Celerra Systems.
