Alexander T. J.

Alexander T. J. has extensive work experience in the field of financial aid and student services. Alexander T. began their career at the University of South Carolina, where they worked as a Student Services Specialist and later as a Financial Aid Counselor. In 2019, they joined Ashland University as the Assistant Director of Compliance & Awarding before being promoted to the role of Executive Director of Financial Aid in July 2022.

Alexander T. J.'s education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership: Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina (completed in 2019), a Master of Business Administration - MBA with dual specializations in Business Analytics and Human Resources from Ashland University (expected completion in 2024), a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina (completed in 2015), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a major in History and a minor in Education from Cleveland State University (completed in 2013).
