Amy Harker

Amy Harker is an experienced educator and consultant with a focus on personalized learning and innovation in the education sector. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Ashland University and as a Personalized Learning & Innovation Specialist at the ESC of Northeast Ohio, Harker partners with the Department of Education & Workforce and KnowledgeWorks to support Ohio schools in transforming personalized learning. As CEO of Vision Forward Consulting, Harker provides assistance to educational institutions on strategic planning and leadership development. Previous roles include Northeast Regional Career and Innovation Specialist and various positions in school administration, including Director of Student Services and College and Career Readiness. Harker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Computer Science from the University of Mount Union, a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Superintendent's license in educational administration from Ashland University.
