Hilbert Esselbrugge

Hilbert Esselbrugge began their work experience in 1992 as a Research and Development Chemist at Sigma Coatings Nederland. In 1995, they joined Ashland as a Technical Manager for Foam Control Solutions and Specialty Additives. Over the years, Hilbert worked in various roles at Ashland, including European Technology Leader for Specialty Polymers and Adhesives, New Product Leader for Coatings Specialties, Global Application Leader for Coatings Specialties, and Director of Global Technology for Coatings and Construction. Hilbert'smost recent position at Ashland was as the Director of Global Technology for Specialty Additives, where they focused on technology strategy development, global R&D, and technical sales and service leadership.
