Joel Mantelin

Joel Mantelin has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Joel began their career in 1986 at Aerospatiale as a Manager. Joel then worked at SOPHIM as a Sales & Marketing Director from 1987 to 1988. Joel joined VINCIENCE in 1988 and held various positions including Sales and Marketing Director, General Manager, and Corporate Vice-President. In 1992, they co-founded and co-owned SKINETHIC. Joel later worked at ISP as a Global Business Development Director and Global Marketing Director Skin Care from 2006 to 2012. Since 2011, they have been working at Ashland, where they held roles such as Global Marketing Director Skin Care Biofunctionals and Vice-President of Business Development.

Joel Mantelin attended SKEMA Business School from 2004 to 2006, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 1984, they pursued an MBA at SKEMA Business School (ESC Lille & CERAM), specializing in Administration, Marketing & Finance. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1985, they completed their Master's degree in Linguistics, English at the Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
