Ravi Sharma has extensive work experience in global procurement and strategic sourcing. Ravi started their career at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a Category Manager and later became a Senior Category Manager, responsible for managing active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients. Ravi then joined Pfizer as an Associate Director, leading the Dairy Ingredients category and managing a spend of $250M. Ravi went on to become the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing in the Nutrition Business Unit at Pfizer, where they expanded the direct materials sourcing team and increased central management of materials spend. After Pfizer, they joined Nestlé as the Head of Global Strategic Sourcing for Wyeth Nutrition and Nestlé Organic Infant Nutrition, overseeing a raw and packaging materials spend of $700M. Ravi later became the Global Procurement Business Partner for Nestlé Infant Formula, leading cross-functional stakeholders and enabling $10B in business. Most recently, Ravi worked at Campbell Soup Company as the Vice President of Global Procurement, accountable for approximately $2.0B in spend on ingredients for iconic brands. Ravi is currently the Vice President and Head of Global Procurement at Ashland.
Ravi Sharma obtained an MBA in Business Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, graduating in 2003 after completing the program from 2001 to 2003.
