Kyle Morton

Kyle Morton has work experience at Ashley Capital and PGIM. At Ashley Capital, they worked as Vice President - Development starting from January 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager from March 2019 to January 2020. At PGIM, Kyle worked as Vice President from June 2012 to February 2019. Kyle was a member of the Transactions Team at PGIM and had responsibilities such as property and portfolio acquisitions, equity investment in development joint ventures, and placement of mezzanine debt.
