Dustin Thompson

Dustin Thompson has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, working for Clēnera since 2013. Dustin began as the Director of Development, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of utility scale solar PV projects in the western US. Dustin managed projects through all phases of the development cycle, including land acquisition, permitting, interconnection, and PPA negotiation. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Director of Development, and eventually became the Vice President of Development in 2023. Prior to working at Clēnera, Dustin was a Program Manager at Sunlight Partners from 2010 to 2013.

Dustin Thompson attended Utah Valley University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
