Mark Quimby

Mark Quimby currently serves as the ZBA Chairperson for the Charter Township of Canton, having been appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals in September 2022 and elected Chairperson in January 2023. In addition, Quimby is a Development Manager at Ashley Capital, where expertise in navigating issues related to industrial real estate, particularly on contaminated land development, is utilized. Previous experience includes serving as WHS DD & Remediation Manager at Amazon, focusing on real estate development and management of environmentally contaminated sites, and as a Senior Consultant at SME, where specialization in brownfield redevelopment projects and vapor intrusion was established. Quimby began a career as a Project Scientist at Innovative Environmental Solutions, managing various Michigan Part 213 LUST closure projects. Quimby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Windsor, earned between 1998 and 2004.
