Tricia Foody, SPHR SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several companies and roles. Tricia is currently serving as the Sr Director Human Resources- Transportation at Ashley Distribution Services since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Best Logistics Group from 2016 to 2021, first as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration from March 2019 to December 2021, and then as the Director of Human Resources from August 2016 to March 2019. Before joining Best Logistics Group, Tricia was a Human Resources Supervisor at the same company from March 2013 to July 2014. Tricia'sresponsibilities in that role included payroll administration, benefits/401k plan enrollment and administration, HR policy development, employee recruiting/screening/hiring/orientation, and staff training/development programs. Tricia also worked at Target as a Human Resources Executive Team Lead/ District Resource from August 2007 to March 2013. In this role, they managed all HR services, policies, and programs for the Greensboro/Winston Salem District, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and talent development. Before Target, Tricia was a Staffing Specialist at Lowes Foods from May 1995 to August 2007, where they were responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training exempt level managers, as well as managing performance and providing feedback and coaching.

Tricia Foody, SPHR SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2005. Additionally, they have received certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2014.
