Lev Pobirsky

Lev Pobirsky has extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and security. Lev currently holds the position of Senior Director of Health, Safety, and Security at Ashley Furniture Industries. Prior to this, they served as the Chairman of the Community Safety Division at the National Safety Council. Lev also worked as the Senior Director of EHS at Pepsi National Brands and as the Corporate Director of Risk Management at Easton Coach Company. Before transitioning to the private sector, Lev served as a Region Safety Manager at PepsiCo. Lev began their professional career as an Infantry Officer and Company Commander in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Lev Pobirsky completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute in 2005. Lev then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University, graduating in 2015. Following that, Lev earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership and Organizational Development from Saint Louis University in 2016. Additionally, they hold various certifications including Advanced Driving Techniques Trainer from Smith System, Associate Safety Professional (ASP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Certified Safety & Security Officer from the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), Defensive Driving Course Trainer from the National Safety Council, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from PepsiCo, and OSHA General Industry Outreach Instructor from Keene State College.
