Marcus Gagnon

Marcus Gagnon brings extensive experience in employee benefits management and risk assessment, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Risk Management and Benefits at Ashley Furniture Industries since May 2015. In this role, Marcus oversees a $125 million operational budget to design and manage benefits for 16,000 employees nationwide. Prior to this, Marcus held various positions at Trek Bicycle Corporation, including roles in Human Resources where innovative wellness and cost-saving strategies were implemented, and developed the nation’s first onsite integrative health clinic, achieving significant cost reductions. Additionally, Marcus has experience as an Import Specialist at Trek and a Service Agent at DHL. Marcus began the professional journey with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UW River Falls.
