Christian Alcantara

Christian Alcantara has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Christian currently works as an Assistant Athletic Director at Ashley Hall. Prior to this, they served as the College Director at Rebels Soccer Club - ECNL, where they managed compliance with NCAA legislation, developed player recruitment strategies, and monitored individual player skill growth. Christian also worked as a Teacher at Dripping Springs ISD and Collaboration Teacher at Chula Vista Elementary School District, where they focused on education and character development. Christian has also worked as an Adaptive Physical Education Specialist at CVESD, Staff Coach at Rebels Soccer Club, Head Coach of Girls Varsity Soccer at Coronado High School, and Teacher at High Tech High Explorer Elementary. In addition, they served as a Head Coach at Albion Soccer Club, where they created a rigorous curriculum and recruited players. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Masters in Teaching in the field of Education at Point Loma Nazarene University. In addition to their degrees, Christian Alcantara obtained a certification in the "7 Fundamentals of Mental Toughness" from Advanced Sports Technology, Inc. in June 2016.
