Kim Conrad

Kim Conrad has extensive experience in human resources management. Kim began their career at Fab-Glas Industries in 1993 as a Human Resources Director and stayed until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they worked at Group DEKKO as a Human Resources Manager. Kim then joined Fort Wayne Pools from 2003 to 2004 in the same role. Finally, Kim Conrad became the Director of Human Resources at Ashley Industrial Molding in 2004, where they currently work.

Kim Conrad attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management. In addition to their degree, they also hold multiple certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute, which they obtained in December 2017 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2015. Recently, in October 2020, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
