Lori Speir

Lori Speir is a skilled Registered Nurse with extensive experience in healthcare management and emergency services. Currently serving as the Director of Surgical Services and Trauma Program Manager at Ashley Regional Medical Center since 2003, Lori has demonstrated leadership in surgical and trauma care. Previously, Lori worked at Gold Cross Ambulance Service from 2012 to February 2020, assisting with inter-facility ACLS transports. Lori holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University-Northern, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Western New Mexico University.
