Dereck R. Garner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process intelligence and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Process Intelligence Consultant at Ashling Partners since August 2021, Garner has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing a strategic business model for the Celonis digital consulting platform. Prior to this, as Process Mining Lead at ThreeBridge Solutions for 3M, Garner successfully spearheaded the process mining portfolio, driving significant process improvement opportunities for global businesses. Garner's background also includes project management roles at Quartersawn Design / Build, where expertise in coordinating complex projects and managing vendor relationships was demonstrated. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Project Management / Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Miami University.
