Don Sweeney

Don Sweeney's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Don then moved on to PeopleSoft, where they also held a Consultant role from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, they started their own company called Emerging Solutions and served as the Owner until 2011. From 2008 to 2017, they were a Board Member of the Chicago Chapter of the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan. From 2010 to 2017, they also served as a Chicago Board Member for Positive Coaching Alliance. In 2011, they joined Emtec Inc. as the Managing Director responsible for Commercial Applications until 2017. In 2017, they became a Founder of Ashling Partners, a professional services firm specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Don is currently involved in multiple roles, including being a Member of Hyde Park Angels and the Institute for Robotic Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence (IRPA AI). Don is also a Community Organizer for Ashling Partners' Intelligent Process Automation Network.

Don Sweeney attended Farmington High School from 1986 to 1990. Following their high school education, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.
