Pramod Balakrishnan

Pramod Balakrishnan is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Operating Partner for Healthcare at Ashmore since September 2018. Prior to this role, Pramod held the position of CEO at Emirates Healthcare from February 2016 to February 2018, overseeing several healthcare facilities. Pramod also served as Chief Financial Officer at Al Noor Hospitals Group Plc, the largest private sector healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, from October 2011 to July 2015, and as Chief Financial Officer at Topaz Energy and Marine Limited from March 2006 to September 2011, a leading offshore vessel company in the Middle East. Earlier in the career, Pramod was an Executive Director at Dunlop India Limited from May 2001 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School and professional certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Pramod is also an alumnus of St. Xavier's College in Kolkata.
