Rachit Malhotra

Rachit Malhotra currently serves as the Zonal Head HR for North at Ashok Leyland since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rachit held various positions at Escorts Limited from July 2017 to June 2022, including Assistant Manager HR and Human Resources Executive. Rachit began a career in human resources at WNS Global Services, working as an HR Executive from July 2015 to June 2017. Rachit has an MBA in Human Resources Management from Dit University, attained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Maharshi Dayanand University, completed from 2010 to 2013.
