Rajesh is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters in Foreign Trade & International Business.
He has over two decades of varied experience in the automotive industry in the realms of sales and marketing. He has played strategic roles and held management positions at Bharat Forge, Amalgamations and TVS group and has worked closely with leading global OEMs on automotive business in his earlier profiles. During his stint at TVS, he has undergone training under Prof. Tsuda San, AOTS–Japan and was a core team member in implementing the TQM & Deming awards.
Rajesh joined Ashok Leyland in 2010 in the Power Solutions Business. Currently, he heads the organization’s Defence and Power Solutions porfolio including Power Generation, Industrial & Marine engine business development with global automotive and off-road OEMs.
